OUR MISSION
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Felicia Yoda is a nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing operational excellence through project management, systems administration, and technical training. Known for her ability to work at the intersection of technology, people, and organizational culture, Felicia brings a rare blend of analytical skill and human-centered leadership to every engagement.
Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and emotional intelligence—competencies she intentionally integrates into system design, team development, and change management. She is recognized for helping mission-driven organizations adopt systems in ways that strengthen culture, improve performance, and empower staff.
A self-described hybrid of innovative technology, relationship-building, and strategy, she holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Education and has earned multiple professional certifications throughout her career.
The Claiborne Group is an expression of her commitment to social justice, mission-driven consulting, and the desire to leave the world a better place for generations to come.
She resides in Maryland, where she and her husband co-lead Faith Missions Ghana, a nonprofit organization dedicated to humanitarian projects and community development initiatives across West Africa.
